Responsibilities
- Manage the CRM support inbox and triage technical support enquiries
- Maintain CRM system activity through user engagement and training
- Conduct marketing checks on campaigns, lists, templates, and email statistics
- Build and manage global events and related communications within the CRM
- Provide setup and maintenance of CRM user licenses and profiles
- Develop and implement role-based training for CRM users
- Support global marketing teams across the campaign data cycle from segmentation to analysis
- Collaborate with the Global Business Systems team on system testing and updates
Requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills
- Experience with CRMs such as Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- Excellent communication skills for building marketing communities
- Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly
- Experience creating presentations to articulate strategy and performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
