CRM Project Manager Strategist

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global newsletter content strategy across all active cities and markets
• Establish editorial frameworks, formats, and best practices for scalability
• Coordinate with local and global editorial teams to ensure timely content inclusion
• Build and maintain newsletter calendars aligned with editorial priorities and seasonal moments
• Act as the central point of contact for newsletter initiatives across editorial and branded content teams
• Integrate branded content and partnerships smoothly into newsletters
• Create, manage, and optimize automated email flows and triggers
• Implement scalable CRM processes and automation in collaboration with technical teams
• Track and analyze newsletter KPIs including open rates, CTR, and revenue contribution
• Use data insights to optimize subject lines, formats, and content mix
• Manage project timelines using internal tools to ensure delivery across multiple cities

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing
• Deep understanding of the newsletter ecosystem and deliverability
• Experience working cross-functionally with editorial, marketing, and product teams
• Highly analytical with ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Proficiency in English
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, Mailchimp, or HubSpot
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Excel, Metabase, or Airtable
