About the role

Responsibilities

  • Optimize CRM sub-processes such as event, trade fair, and address management in close cooperation with process owners.
  • Advise departments on the efficient use of Creatio CRM and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Coordinate the implementation of new requirements, including customizing, workflows, testing, release management, and application development.
  • Support the integration of Creatio CRM into the existing system landscape (e.g., ERP, portals, support tools, Power BI, and mobile applications).
  • Ensure compliance with information security standards.
  • Train users, create documentation, maintain data quality, and ensure consistent reporting structures.
  • Contribute to digitalization projects aimed at improving the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in CRM consulting, CRM administration, or application support, ideally with Creatio CRM or similar systems.
  • Strong understanding of customer processes in marketing, sales, and service.
  • Proficiency in process modeling (e.g., BPMN) and business process optimization.
  • Technical know-how regarding customizing, workflows, and system interfaces.
  • Experience in project management (classical or agile).
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and moderation skills.
