CRM Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions including Apex, LWC, and custom metadata
• Write secure, reusable, and testable code with appropriate test coverage and performance optimization
• Build and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs, Platform Events, and middleware
• Manage Salesforce sandbox strategy and deployment paths
• Define and maintain DevOps standards for GitHub, branching, and code reviews
• Monitor and resolve technical debt, performance issues, and security risks
• Maintain system documentation including object models and integration maps
• Identify and implement high-value uses of AI automation in Salesforce development

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering, CRM, or enterprise application development experience
• Solid understanding of Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, SAQL, SQL, Javascript, HTML, CSS, and JSON
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Change Data Capture
• Prior experience with AI for agentic code generation
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and business partners
