Responsibilities

  • Provide recommendations and proposals for CRM campaign optimization
  • Monitor campaign progress and identify pain points via performance indicators
  • Maintain technical documentation and provide channel expertise

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a technical field
  • Experience in digital marketing, project management, or CRM marketing
  • Proficiency in HTML and SQL
  • Fluency in English (written and oral)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
