Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deploy CRM campaigns across various channels
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Manage deployment within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Provide recommendations and proposals for CRM campaign optimization
- Monitor campaign progress and identify pain points via performance indicators
- Maintain technical documentation and provide channel expertise
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a technical field
- Experience in digital marketing, project management, or CRM marketing
- Proficiency in HTML and SQL
- Fluency in English (written and oral)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign
