CRM Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Schedule monthly in-app and email messages for the MOL Move loyalty program and plan the communication calendar
• Create campaign communication materials, including copywriting, campaign setup, testing, and distribution
• Interpret campaign results and prepare target audiences for various marketing initiatives
• Participate in integrated campaign planning, suggesting campaign logic and supporting loyalty platform visibility
• Collaborate with creative agencies to develop high-quality campaign elements

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in CRM, email marketing, or marketing automation
• University degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or a related field
• Analytical mindset with a structured, precise, and detail-oriented approach to work
• Strong copywriting skills and ability to create engaging content
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
