CRM Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end campaign development including list creation, test setup, email development, QA, deployment, and analysis
• Develop, plan, and optimize CRM campaigns via email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages
• Execute hypothesis-driven A/B and multivariate testing to meet business goals
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Marketing, Product, Analytics, Design, and Brand teams
• Monitor deliverability and maintain email health metrics
• Own CRM metrics including sends, opens, clicks, sessions, app downloads, and bookings
• Drive engagement booking targets

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a highly analytical CRM role
• Proven track record of executing impactful CRM marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Looker
• Deep Braze expertise and HTML proficiency
• Exceptional attention to detail for campaign QA
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL
• Experience with Looker
