CRM Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead email and SMS marketing channels to drive customer engagement and revenue growth
• Develop comprehensive go-to-market calendars for seasonal products, launches, and promotions
• Implement marketing strategies focused on personalization, conversion optimization, and list growth
• Manage high-volume daily campaign delivery and ensure optimal deliverability
• Oversee the email briefing process for creative teams to ensure brand alignment
• Execute experimentation roadmaps including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and subject line optimization
• Utilize predictive analytics and machine learning to enhance customer targeting
• Partner with CRM Operations, merchandising, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in CRM, email/SMS marketing, e-commerce, or digital marketing
• Proven track record of meeting revenue goals through email initiatives
• Expertise in setting up and analyzing A/B tests for email optimization
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making
• Ability to write, edit, and optimize direct response email copy
• Strong project management skills for handling multiple seasonal campaigns
• Understanding of retail merchandising cycles and promotional calendars
