About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the CRM marketing team
- Create and manage automated customer journeys across email, SMS, and push notifications
- Drive retention, loyalty, reorder rates, and customer lifetime value
- Implement advanced segmentation using data and customer insights
- Optimize marketing automation performance through continuous testing and iteration
- Oversee email design and messaging best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in email and database marketing
- 3+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms (Braze, Klaviyo, or SFMC)
- Experience leading or managing a small team
- Proficiency with CRMs like Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- Experience in direct response marketing
- Familiarity with rewards, subscription programs, and loyalty flows
- Experience in the health or supplement industry is an asset
