CRM Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end CRM calendar, including planning, building, and deploying campaigns across email, SMS, push, and WhatsApp.
• Design and optimize automated lifecycle flows such as welcome series, post-purchase, win-back, and loyalty journeys.
• Segment customer databases using RFM modeling and purchase behavior to drive personalized targeting.
• Manage CRM strategies for subscription retail, focusing on churn prediction, renewal nudges, and trial-to-paid conversions.
• Track and optimize key subscription health metrics, including churn rate, MRR contribution, and retention rates.
• Run structured A/B tests on subject lines, creative, and timing to drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on key KPIs such as open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and CLV contribution.
• Drive mobile app engagement through targeted push notification campaigns and transactional alerts.
• Partner with creative teams to produce localized, on-brand content for the UAE market.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, specifically within e-commerce.
• Proven experience in the UAE market with an understanding of local consumer behavior and seasonality.
• Experience working within a subscription-based retail or commerce model.
• Proficiency with major CRM/ESP platforms such as Klaviyo, MoEngage, Braze, or similar.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret dashboards and make metric-driven decisions.
• Excellent written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a significant plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
