CRM Marketer

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns across Email, Push, and in-Product channels
• Own end-to-end campaign execution including segmentation, operationalization, A/B testing, and QA
• Analyze CRM performance using tools like Looker and Amplitude to drive optimizations
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Creative teams to improve customer experience and LTV
• Contribute to CRM roadmap and infrastructure discussions regarding automation and data flows

Requirements

• 5+ years of CRM Marketing experience in large B2C tech or e-commerce companies
• Hands-on experience designing multi-channel CRM lifecycle programs
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in analyzing user behavior and campaign performance
• Proficiency with CRM tools, ESPs, and complex A/B testing
• Experience with Looker or Amplitude
• Experience with Braze is a plus
• Understanding of CRM tech stack and data infrastructure
• Ability to work cross-functionally in high-growth environments
