CRM Manager

Responsibilities

• Evolve the CRM strategy and roadmap to align processes and tools with business goals
• Serve as HubSpot platform administrator and SME, overseeing workflows, properties, pipelines, and roles
• Strengthen CRM governance, ensuring data integrity and privacy compliance
• Maintain clear documentation and build user capability through training, onboarding, and playbooks
• Deliver dashboards and reports to support timely, informed decision-making
• Work cross-functionally to support sales processes, marketing automation, and customer communications
• Partner with external providers for system enhancements and support

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience managing CRM platforms with hands-on HubSpot expertise
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Solid understanding of data governance, privacy, and CRM best practices
• Advanced analytics capability with proficiency in Excel and Power BI or Tableau
• Strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills
• High-level organisational and project management skills
