CRM Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of CRM Specialists.
• Execute department-wide strategies to drive engagement and long-term customer value.
• Oversee CRM configuration, workflow design, and overall platform optimization.
• Lead behavioral analysis to provide actionable insights for senior management.
• Continuously refine processes and drive automation to elevate customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of CRM experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven background within the Forex or financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional organization and problem-solving abilities.
