Responsibilities

  • Understand and optimize the dealer journey
  • Create and manage journeys using email, WhatsApp, notifications, and SMS
  • Execute ad hoc communications in line with product roll-outs
  • Conduct A/B tests to improve campaign performance
  • Manage a campaign calendar and report findings to the business
  • Identify and address dealer pain points
  • Work closely with Dealer Marketing, Product, and Dealer Services teams

Requirements

  • Experience in customer lifecycle management and automation
  • Strong CRM background in campaign management and journey design
  • Solid data analysis skills and experimentation experience
  • Proficiency with tools such as Braze, HubSpot, and Looker
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
