About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and supervise a team of CRM executives to ensure high-quality customer engagement
  • Serve as the escalation point for premium clients post-booking
  • Manage complete post-sales processes including welcome calls, documentation, and payment plan coordination
  • Oversee the generation of client documents such as Allotment Letters and SPAs
  • Coordinate with Legal teams regarding RERA compliance and DLD requirements
  • Ensure timely collections as per agreed payment schedules and manage overdue payments
  • Manage the end-to-end handover process including pre-possession inspections and snag list resolution

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of CRM experience in real estate
  • Mandatory experience in Dubai real estate development
  • In-depth knowledge of RERA and DLD compliance
  • Hands-on experience with Bitrix CRM or similar real estate CRM platforms
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in reporting tools like Excel
