CRM Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage customer journeys using Braze across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels
• Devise, implement, and report on key CRM initiatives
• Optimise and maintain the transactional suite of communications
• Leverage data and segmentation to identify customer opportunities
• Work with Product teams to support personalisation and upselling projects
• Conduct A/B testing to optimise campaigns
• Manage NPS, surveys, and reviews strategy
• Ensure data compliance and email deliverability best practices
• Bridge the gap between data, product, engineering, and CRM

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a direct-to-customer CRM role
• Experience delivering automated CRM lifecycle initiatives from strategy to analysis
• Proficiency using BI tools to drive insights
• Experience with technical management of an ESP
• Ability to build complex customer journeys, automations, and segmentation
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
• Ability to multitask and work at pace in a fast-changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong HTML skills
• Experience with Liquid
• Experience using AI in CRM
• Direct experience with Braze
