About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end CRM strategy across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging
- Lead and develop a team of CRM specialists
- Oversee technical quality of CRM campaigns, automations, and customer journeys
- Partner with Product and Data teams to improve CRM capabilities and platform integrations
- Review CRM performance reports and leverage data to inform strategy
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across cross-functional squads
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Digital Marketing
- Previous experience leading or managing a CRM team
- Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with ESPs like Braze, Mailchimp, or SendGrid
- Proficiency in HTML for technical campaign validation
- Strong expertise in customer segmentation, personalization, and automation
- Advanced understanding of A/B testing and campaign optimization
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
