About the role
Responsibilities
- Design campaign mechanics and promotional offers to drive engagement, retention, and reactivation KPIs
- Own and manage the weekly promotional calendar to ensure effective cadence and strategic alignment
- Apply AI-driven insights and segmentation techniques to enhance campaign targeting and performance
- Oversee campaign QA to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality execution across all channels
- Analyse campaign performance and bonus efficiency to drive continuous optimisation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, VIP, and Creative teams to deliver high-impact CRM initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of CRM experience within iGaming or gambling (sports betting or casino)
- Expertise in segmentation, campaign design, and promotional mechanics
- Advanced analytical capability using AI or data-led tools
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Optimove or equivalent systems
- Ability to collaborate across Product, Creative, and Operational teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Personal knowledge of online casino operations
- Familiarity with responsible gaming practices and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in Canadian French in addition to English
