CRM Manager

Responsibilities

• Design campaign mechanics and promotional offers to drive engagement, retention, and reactivation KPIs
• Own and manage the weekly promotional calendar to ensure effective cadence and strategic alignment
• Apply AI-driven insights and segmentation techniques to enhance campaign targeting and performance
• Oversee campaign QA to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality execution across all channels
• Analyse campaign performance and bonus efficiency to drive continuous optimisation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, VIP, and Creative teams to deliver high-impact CRM initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of CRM experience within iGaming or gambling (sports betting or casino)
• Expertise in segmentation, campaign design, and promotional mechanics
• Advanced analytical capability using AI or data-led tools
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Optimove or equivalent systems
• Ability to collaborate across Product, Creative, and Operational teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Personal knowledge of online casino operations
• Familiarity with responsible gaming practices and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in Canadian French in addition to English
