About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of CRM strategies aligned with business KPIs, including lifecycle marketing, retention, and loyalty initiatives
  • Manage and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns and automated journeys across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging
  • Build, manage, and refine customer segments using behavioural, demographic, and lifecycle data
  • Support the ongoing use and optimisation of the Bloomreach platform
  • Produce regular weekly and monthly reporting highlighting campaign performance and optimisation opportunities
  • Lead, mentor, and support the development of junior CRM team members

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a CRM or email marketing role
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing and campaign management platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Experience with lifecycle marketing and personalisation
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment
