About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of CRM strategies aligned with business KPIs, including lifecycle marketing, retention, and loyalty initiatives
- Manage and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns and automated journeys across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging
- Build, manage, and refine customer segments using behavioural, demographic, and lifecycle data
- Support the ongoing use and optimisation of the Bloomreach platform
- Produce regular weekly and monthly reporting highlighting campaign performance and optimisation opportunities
- Lead, mentor, and support the development of junior CRM team members
Requirements
- Proven experience in a CRM or email marketing role
- Hands-on experience with email marketing and campaign management platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Experience with lifecycle marketing and personalisation
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment
