CRM Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end campaign setup, scheduling, segmentation, and delivery using MoEngage
• Manage lifecycle campaigns across WhatsApp, Push, and other owned channels to drive user activation and reduce attrition
• Lead execution of Salvage & Referral programs, coordinating multi-channel outreach to recover and retain users
• Design and run A/B tests to validate messaging hypotheses and optimize campaign performance
• Monitor campaign impact and user behavior using tools like Mixpanel and Branch
• Utilize SQL and BigQuery to support audience segmentation and data-driven campaign decisions

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign execution
• Hands-on expertise with MoEngage, including end-to-end platform ownership
• Proven experience managing campaigns via WhatsApp and Push channels
• Proficiency in A/B testing, including experiment design and result analysis
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Mixpanel and Branch
• Strong bias for action and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Fintech or credit product industry
• Deep, advanced knowledge of the MoEngage platform
• Background in app-based growth or lifecycle marketing
• Proficiency in Indonesian language skills
• SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
