CRM & Lifecycle Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and run lifecycle programs to turn new signups into engaged, loyal users
• Own end-to-end CRM strategy across in-app, push, and email channels
• Design onboarding journeys, messaging, timing, and triggers for user activation
• Build retention and referral programs to drive word of mouth and long-term retention
• Partner with Data to turn behavioral signals into segmentation and triggers
• Run continuous A/B testing programs to improve existing flows
• Use AI to automate segmentation, copy iteration, QA, and reporting

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2C CRM or lifecycle marketing
• Experience in high-growth mobile or consumer app environments
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io
• Strong data literacy including cohort curves, funnel data, and A/B test results
• Experience building solutions using AI to improve workflows
• Native-level French speaker
• Fluent in English

• Experience owning lifecycle programs end-to-end
• Deep understanding of deliverability, segmentation logic, and template design
