Responsibilities

  • Own the full CRM strategy, designing lifecycle programs that drive retention, upsell, and referrals
  • Build and optimize automated, trigger-based, and behavior-driven campaigns
  • Identify and close revenue leaks by auditing the customer journey for lapses or engagement drops
  • Segment audiences by industry and lifecycle stage to drive relevance at scale
  • Drive measurable revenue by tying every program to LTV and retention impact

Requirements

  • 5+ years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience with ownership of retention outcomes
  • Hands-on experience with major CRM or marketing automation platforms
  • Proven track record of improving retention or increasing LTV through lifecycle programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries
  • Familiarity with SMB customer bases and behaviors
  • Working knowledge of data tools like SQL, Looker, or Mixpanel
