About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day implementation tasks of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to ensure projects remain on schedule
- Act as the primary liaison between commercial teams and technical stakeholders to capture workflow needs
- Manage the deployment and adoption of the CRM to centralize customer data and automate sales pipelines
- Maintain clear documentation and provide regular updates on implementation health, risks, and resource alignment
- Ensure CRM configuration reflects operational reality and supports automated task management
Requirements
- Proven track record in project management or CRM implementation
- Experience with cloud-based AI-driven business applications
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on tracking milestones and reporting to leadership
- Ability to work onsite in Abu Dhabi 4–5 days per week
