CRM Field Clinical Representative

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary clinical expert during device implants, patient follow-ups, programming, and troubleshooting
• Deliver impactful education and training to healthcare professionals regarding product use and clinical benefits
• Attend procedures in hospital labs and operating rooms to support optimal patient outcomes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and key hospital staff
• Resolve customer needs efficiently by collaborating cross-functionally to ensure clinician satisfaction
• Manage product inventory according to company guidelines to ensure readiness and availability
• Participate in a rotational 24/7 on-call schedule to support patients and clinicians in real time

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical work experience
• 0–2 years of professional work experience
• Ability and willingness to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Electrophysiology (EP) lab, cardiac device clinic, or Cardiac Catheterization (Cath) lab
• Degree in biomedical engineering, science, mathematics, business, or nursing
• Background in medical device sales, clinical education, or clinical research
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex therapies to clinical audiences
• Strong initiative and a track record of achieving objectives independently and in team environments
