About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end ideation, planning, build, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app)
- Develop scalable automation frameworks and lifecycle journeys
- Refine segmentation and audience logic using behavioral signals and propensity models
- Collaborate with MarTech and data teams on API, webhooks, and data pipeline integrations
- Utilize Braze AI capabilities and generative AI to accelerate content and optimization
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing to drive continuous performance improvement
- Act as a bridge between CRM, product, data analytics, and engineering teams
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in CRM, ideally in e-commerce or marketplace environments
- Deep expertise in Braze (Canvases, Segments, Content Blocks, Connected Content)
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email and in-app templates
- Working knowledge of SQL for audience building and analysis
- Experience with Liquid, AMPScript, and data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and RFM modeling
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-growth startup environments
- Knowledge of workflow automation tools like n8n
- Familiarity with coding assistants like Claude for debugging Liquid or SQL
