About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end ideation, planning, build, and optimisation of multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app)
- Develop scalable automation frameworks and lifecycle journeys to reduce manual builds
- Integrate new data sources to refine segmentation, audience logic, and content recommendations
- Collaborate with MarTech and data teams on API, webhooks, and data pipeline integration requirements
- Leverage Braze AI and generative AI tools to automate optimisation and accelerate content creation
- Use coding assistants to write and debug Liquid, SQL, HTML, and Connected Content
- Lead rigorous A/B and multivariate testing to establish performance best practices
- Act as a bridge between CRM, product, data analytics, and engineering teams
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in CRM, ideally in e-commerce or marketplace environments
- Deep expertise in Braze (Canvases, Segments, Content Blocks, Connected Content)
- Proficient in HTML/CSS for email and in-app templates
- Working knowledge of SQL for audience building and analysis
- Experience with Liquid, AMPScript, CDPs, and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and behavioural segmentation
- Knowledge of email deliverability and data privacy (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
- Full fluency in English
