CRM Executive

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and send end-to-end customer journeys including onboarding, conversion, and winback campaigns
• Craft personalized CRM campaigns and map out existing customer journeys
• Manage administrative tasks including creative briefing, journey flow building, and approval coordination
• Execute automated triggered campaigns to increase acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
• Monitor and report on key CRM metrics to provide optimization insights
• Conduct A/B testing and apply segmentation techniques to target correct audiences
• Use Liquid to build dynamic and personalized marketing content
• Design and distribute customer surveys to capture preferences and satisfaction

Requirements

• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management
• 3+ years of experience in CRM or Email Marketing
• Experience with Braze or similar CRM Marketing platforms
• Experience building triggered and lifecycle campaigns
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with project management tools like ASANA and JIRA
• Strong copywriting and written communication skills
• Experience in campaign reporting and analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce
• Braze Certification
• Experience using Liquid template language
• Familiarity with Email on Acid, Litmus, or Monday.com
