CRM Executive

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Zoho CRM administration, customization, and configuration
• Create and optimize modules, fields, layouts, workflows, and automation rules
• Develop automation solutions, blueprints, and processes to streamline lead management and client lifecycles
• Maintain data integrity, security, and hygiene through regular checks and cleanups
• Create and manage dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility for leadership and sales teams
• Collaborate with IT to integrate Zoho CRM with other applications via APIs, telephony, or marketing tools
• Train team members on CRM best practices and effective tool usage

Requirements

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM administration and customization
• Strong understanding of sales workflow management, pipelines, and CRM logic
• Proven experience with workflow automation and blueprinting
• Proficiency in data hygiene, reporting, and CRM analytics
• Ability to translate operational needs into technical system workflows
• Knowledge of API-based integrations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the broader Zoho ecosystem (Zoho Books, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Desk, Zoho Flow, etc.)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
