Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on the performance of CRM campaigns using metrics to optimize future efforts
  • Collaborate with design and data teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Stay updated with latest CRM trends and best practices
  • Ensure all CRM activities comply with legal and ethical standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM or related marketing roles
  • Proficiency in CRM marketing automation tools like Moengage or Clevertap
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data management
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
