Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty
- Design and execute targeted campaigns via push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, and email
- Monitor and report on the performance of CRM campaigns using metrics to optimize future efforts
- Collaborate with design and data teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Stay updated with latest CRM trends and best practices
- Ensure all CRM activities comply with legal and ethical standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM or related marketing roles
- Proficiency in CRM marketing automation tools like Moengage or Clevertap
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data management
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
