CRM Executive

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and own the end-to-end delivery of dynamic email and push-notification campaigns
• Manage BAU calendars to ensure efficient and timely deployment
• Partner with UKI CRM Managers, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to support marketing calendars
• Utilize data targeting and segmentation to pull and manipulate customer insights
• Design and deploy CRM experiments and A/B testing to drive growth and personalization
• Conduct post-campaign reporting to extract actionable insights and guide strategic planning

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end CRM deployment using enterprise-level platforms (Braze experience is a plus)
• Technical competency in CRM automation development and HTML for template modification
• Strong data acumen with experience in data manipulation, segmentation, and reporting
• Proficiency with data visualization tools, such as Looker
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage workloads in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder coordination and cross-functional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Liquid logic for advanced dynamic personalization
• Degree or background in Marketing, Business, or a related field
