CRM & Digitalization Trainee

Responsibilities

• Identify and propose opportunities for process improvements, digital tools, and data-driven approaches to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Contribute to designing strategies to increase contract volume, market share, and loyalty activities.
• Lead data-driven marketing initiatives to maximize sales of BMW Financial Services products and generate high-quality leads.
• Identify opportunities for improving customer experience (CX), internal processes, and technology aligned with the group brands' vision.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, IT, and customer experience teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Strategy, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 1+ years of experience in CRM and/or Digitalization (experience in the Automotive or Finance industry is a plus).
• Strong digital and technical skills with familiarity in CRM concepts and digital transformation.
• Basic knowledge of data analytics, data visualization, and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
