About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure regular control and compliance of customer data (accounts, contacts, instances)
- Identify, analyze, and correct data anomalies such as duplicates and inconsistencies
- Manage the creation and updating of accounts and contacts manually and in bulk
- Handle tickets related to Customer Master Data and supervise external data integration
- Define and monitor KPIs related to customer data quality
- Contribute to the optimization of CRM processes and automation projects using AI tools
- Collaborate with Sales and Order Management teams to ensure data quality
Requirements
- Master's degree level (Bac+4/5) education
- Strong interest in data processing and analysis
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) for interacting with non-French speakers
