About the role
Responsibilities
- Optimize the customer journey by identifying friction points and improving interactions across all communication channels
- Analyze customer satisfaction data to identify areas for improvement and optimize experience
- Create content to document and clarify internal processes to ensure transparency
- Handle customer requests via Salesforce CRM, ensuring rapid and efficient response
- Implement a customer-centric approach in all internal and external interactions
- Contribute to loyalty strategies and provide ideas to strengthen customer engagement
Requirements
- Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4 to Bac+5) in Business School or University specializing in Marketing, Management, or Customer Experience
- Proficiency in digital tools and office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good level of English
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage delicate situations with empathy
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities
