About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards
- Improve CRM data quality by identifying missing, incomplete, duplicate, or inconsistent data
- Manage batch imports of data to the CRM ensuring accuracy and correct formatting
- Participate in system testing by preparing test data and executing test cases
- Support documentation efforts and provide feedback to Digital Transformation and IT teams
Requirements
- 1-3 years of work experience
- Experience working with CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel with strong data manipulation and formula automation skills
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
- Experience with user acceptance testing
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, or a similar field
- Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an international setting
- Understanding of business processes and KPIs
- Experience with Power Automate and workflow automation tools
