CRM Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Create and execute CRM campaigns and bonus set-ups
• Maintain the customer communication calendar
• Build and automate lifecycle communications to decrease churn and enhance engagement
• Pull and organize segmentation lists for campaign execution
• Write copy and set up communications across customer life-cycle channels
• Test quality and functionality of CRM campaigns
• Evaluate campaigns using A/B tests and control groups
• Build and optimize email templates
• Provide basic post-campaign data reports
• Monitor customer behavior to optimize CRM strategy
• Optimize on-site content and journeys

Requirements

• Native level written and spoken Greek
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Understanding of iGaming or CRM
• Ability to work under pressure and strong time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud
• Understanding of digital marketing
• Experience in a similar role
