CRM Content Writer

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and proofread all email marketing copy, including promotional campaigns and response emailers
• Translate complex product features into clear, benefit-driven messaging
• Maintain brand voice, tone, and style guidelines across email and SMS communications
• Collaborate with marketing managers, designers, and product teams to align campaign objectives
• Contribute to content strategy and brainstorm creative campaign ideas
• Support A/B testing initiatives for subject lines, CTAs, and body text
• Interpret email and SMS performance metrics to refine future content
• Ensure all communications adhere to legal and compliance guidelines like GDPR and CAN-SPAM

Requirements

• 5-7 years of proven experience in content writing with a focus on email and WhatsApp/SMS marketing
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful acquisition, retention, and conversion campaigns
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to write for both short-form (SMS) and long-form (email) platforms
• Understanding of direct marketing principles and customer segmentation
• Ability to adapt tone for different target audiences and cultures
• Strong organizational and time management skills
