CRM Communications Strategist & Copywriter

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver data-driven CRM communications strategies for the APAC region.
• Write high-impact copy for CRM campaigns, including lifecycle journeys, marketing messages, and product feature education.
• Partner closely with Product, Pricing, and Creative teams to understand new feature launches and regional nuances.
• Create detailed, clear, and well-orchestrated briefs for communication campaigns.
• Monitor competitor actions and provide strategic perspectives on best-in-class communications.
• Brainstorm creative angles and copy relevant to the APAC market to drive customer engagement.
• Build stakeholder relationships and use performance insights to iterate on messaging impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience combining professional copywriting with strategic thinking.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-impact product launches and clear writing samples.
• Proven experience working alongside Product and CRM teams.
• Experience designing and writing communications for multiple locales.
• A data-driven mindset with a passion for using insights to inform communication strategy.
• A pragmatic approach to writing with a solid understanding of UX and design principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to tight deadlines.
