About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical, educational, and operational support for Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) products
- Perform device checks, interrogations, and support implants in clinical settings
- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on CRM solutions
- Partner with Sales Representatives and District Sales Managers to identify customer needs and support sales objectives
- Manage consignment inventory, hospital documentation, and programmer software maintenance
- Provide on-call support, including evenings and weekends, as required by territory needs
Requirements
- High School Diploma + 6 years of healthcare or field sales experience
- OR Associate’s Degree + 4 years of healthcare or field sales experience
- OR Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years of healthcare or field sales experience
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
- Ability to travel approximately 80% within the assigned territory
- Ability to wear 7-9 lbs of lead for extended periods in the Operating Room (O.R.)
- Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 40 lbs and standing/walking for long periods
Preferred Qualifications
- Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with professional colleagues
- Expertise with Microsoft tools and CRM applications like Salesforce.com
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet various hospital and clinic vendor credentialing requirements
