About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical, educational, and operational support for Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) products
  • Perform device checks, interrogations, and support implants in clinical settings
  • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on CRM solutions
  • Partner with Sales Representatives and District Sales Managers to identify customer needs and support sales objectives
  • Manage consignment inventory, hospital documentation, and programmer software maintenance
  • Provide on-call support, including evenings and weekends, as required by territory needs

Requirements

  • High School Diploma + 6 years of healthcare or field sales experience
  • OR Associate’s Degree + 4 years of healthcare or field sales experience
  • OR Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years of healthcare or field sales experience
  • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
  • Ability to travel approximately 80% within the assigned territory
  • Ability to wear 7-9 lbs of lead for extended periods in the Operating Room (O.R.)
  • Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 40 lbs and standing/walking for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

  • Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with professional colleagues
  • Expertise with Microsoft tools and CRM applications like Salesforce.com
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet various hospital and clinic vendor credentialing requirements
