About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the establishment of a global CRM Center of Excellence to drive Salesforce strategy and digital transformation
  • Define the multi-year CRM product vision and align it with the broader company digital strategy
  • Establish global blueprints, best practices, and governance frameworks for scalable CRM capabilities
  • Oversee data integrity and governance to ensure high-quality, actionable customer data
  • Implement a transparent prioritization framework to balance operational maintenance with high-impact builds
  • Set DevOps lifecycles, agile sprint processes, and release management standards
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a cross-functional team of architects, developers, and product managers
  • Act as the internal evangelist for CRM, building strong partnerships with Sales, Marketing, and Service leaders

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in Information Technology or an equivalent field
  • 15+ years of experience in Digital or CRM roles
  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale Salesforce transformations
  • Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce technologies, including Sales & Service Cloud, Community, CRM Analytics, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud
  • Proven experience managing multi-org setups and complex platform integrations
  • Strong understanding of core CRM business processes across Sales, Service, and Marketing
  • High degree of cultural intelligence to manage stakeholders across Europe, North America, and India
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on empathy, accountability, and people development
