CRM Campaign Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end email campaigns from intake through post-send performance review.
• Translate business objectives into clear execution plans, defining scope, audiences, and cadence.
• Partner with Creative, Copy, CRM, and SFMC Development teams to manage timelines and dependencies.
• Manage approval workflows across internal stakeholders and ensure all governance requirements are met.
• Oversee campaign deployment readiness in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, validating audience logic and offer accuracy.
• Review post-send performance results and identify optimization opportunities through A/B testing.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of work experience in interactive marketing, online customer service, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or comparable platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and comfort working in structured, process-driven environments.
