CRM Campaign Manager

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy email campaigns for education institutions using CRM platforms
• Manage campaign setup including audience segmentation, dynamic content, and A/B testing
• Coordinate with Email Development teams to ensure HTML templates are correctly built and rendered
• Execute pre-deployment QA including link validation, personalization verification, and content accuracy
• Manage campaign scheduling and deployment across different time zones
• Monitor post-deployment performance and flag delivery issues or bounce rates
• Maintain campaign documentation, build logs, and deployment records
• Support data hygiene tasks such as list cleaning and opt-out compliance

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and deploying email campaigns in enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, or Eloqua)
• Technical proficiency in audience segmentation, dynamic content, and personalization variables
• Strong attention to detail and systematic approach to QA
• Understanding of email deliverability, bounce management, and compliance
• Professional proficiency in English
• Experience working in distributed, cross-location teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency
• Curiosity regarding AI-assisted campaign tools and automation
• Experience with ad account performance data integration
