About the role
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and deploy email campaigns for education institutions using CRM platforms
- Manage campaign setup including audience segmentation, dynamic content, and A/B testing
- Coordinate with Email Development teams to ensure HTML templates are campaign-ready
- Execute pre-deployment QA including link validation and personalization verification
- Manage campaign scheduling and deployment across multiple time zones
- Monitor post-deployment performance and flag delivery issues
- Maintain campaign documentation and support data hygiene tasks
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building and deploying email campaigns in enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo)
- Technical proficiency in audience segmentation, dynamic content, and personalization
- Strong attention to detail for pre-deployment QA
- Understanding of email deliverability and opt-out compliance
- Professional proficiency in English
- Experience working in distributed, cross-location teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish language proficiency
- Curiosity regarding AI-assisted campaign tools and automation
- Systematic and process-driven approach to campaign management
