CRM Campaign Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute CRM campaigns through channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and other digital media.
• Segment audiences based on behavior, profile, and customer lifecycle to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, conversions, ROI) and propose continuous improvements.
• Implement automation strategies and customer journeys to optimize communication and user experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Data, and CX teams to ensure alignment of messages and business objectives.
• Manage customer database quality and ensure compliance with privacy and data usage guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Communication, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in CRM campaign management, digital marketing, or related areas.
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot).
• Proven experience in audience segmentation, customer journeys, and database analysis.
• Strong analytical capacity for interpreting KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversion, ROI) and data-driven decision-making.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
• Advanced Business English (both oral and written).
