CRM Campaign Executive

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns and manage the EDM calendar
• Coordinate with copywriting, translation, and marketing teams for brand alignment
• Implement a test-and-learn roadmap to optimize campaign performance
• Act as a super user for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud
• Deliver regular reporting on client KPIs and campaign performance
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for commercial decision-making
• Champion CRM database hygiene and segmentation quality

Requirements

• Proven experience in CRM, marketing, or data analysis roles
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud
• Strong analytical capability and advanced Excel skills
• Experience within luxury or premium environments preferred
• Experience with Power BI or similar tools is advantageous
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Commercially minded and data-driven approach to decision-making
