About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns, including EDM calendar management and execution from brief to deployment
- Act as a super user for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud to support campaign execution and system utilization
- Develop and implement a test-and-learn roadmap to optimize campaign performance and engagement metrics
- Deliver regular reporting on client KPIs, campaign performance, and CRM activity to provide actionable insights
- Coordinate with copywriting, translation, and marketing teams to ensure brand tone of voice and visual excellence
- Champion CRM database hygiene, supporting accuracy, segmentation quality, and overall data health
- Support the planning and delivery of client lifecycle journeys across key touchpoints
Requirements
- Proven experience in CRM, marketing, or data analysis roles
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud
- Strong analytical capability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful insights
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is advantageous
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and planning skills
- Clear and confident communication skills, including the ability to present to stakeholders

- Experience working within a luxury or premium environment
- Deep understanding of luxury client experience and expectations
