About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns, including EDM calendar management and execution from brief to deployment
  • Act as a super user for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud to support campaign execution and system utilization
  • Develop and implement a test-and-learn roadmap to optimize campaign performance and engagement metrics
  • Deliver regular reporting on client KPIs, campaign performance, and CRM activity to provide actionable insights
  • Coordinate with copywriting, translation, and marketing teams to ensure brand tone of voice and visual excellence
  • Champion CRM database hygiene, supporting accuracy, segmentation quality, and overall data health
  • Support the planning and delivery of client lifecycle journeys across key touchpoints

Requirements

  • Proven experience in CRM, marketing, or data analysis roles
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Strong analytical capability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful insights
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is advantageous
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and planning skills
  • Clear and confident communication skills, including the ability to present to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a luxury or premium environment
  • Deep understanding of luxury client experience and expectations
