CRM Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement CRM campaigns (newsletters, product launches, key events) from planning to post-campaign analysis.
• Assist in building the CRM marketing calendar, ensuring proper cadence across international markets.
• Manage the operational deployment of campaigns, including writing creative briefs, validating email layouts, and coordinating translations.
• Set up campaigns within the CRM tool (Klaviyo), focusing on integration, targeting, and segmentation based on customer behavior.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion, revenue) to provide optimization recommendations.
• Support the deployment and continuous optimization of marketing automation flows (welcome series, post-purchase, reactivation).

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business or Digital Marketing.
• Previous experience in CRM through an internship or apprenticeship.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Klaviyo, Braze, or HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation and the customer lifecycle.
• Proficiency in data analysis, including segmentation and reporting.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks autonomously.
