CRM Application Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Application Consultants, ensuring professional growth and tool adoption
• Set performance goals, provide feedback, and oversee team productivity and resource allocation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into technical requirements
• Drive configuration and implementation of business rules and automations in the Catalyst platform
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless user experience
• Use data to build audiences, manage segments, and optimize marketing strategies
• Serve as a trusted advisor for clients on marketing automation and customer journeys

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a team of marketing automation consultants
• Essential experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or Adobe Campaign
• Strong JavaScript skills for developing tailored solutions
• Expertise in data management, segmentation, and reporting
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with marketing automation platforms like SFMC, Adobe Campaign, or Braze
