CRM Application Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a growing development team to build marketing campaign solutions at scale
• Serve as a bridge between technology and marketing strategies to translate business objectives into technical requirements
• Drive adoption of internal enterprise marketing tools and Adobe applications
• Oversee the streamlining of client operations through customized business rules and automations
• Implement and configure new features within Adobe environments
• Establish rigorous testing protocols and oversee UAT for campaign solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Adobe applications
• Direct the utilization of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) for data audiences and segment management

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in application consulting, marketing technology, CRM, or marketing automation
• Demonstrable leadership experience managing technical delivery teams
• Hands-on experience with campaign execution, configuration, and marketing automation workflows
• Subject matter expertise in Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo Engage, Braze, or similar
• Advanced understanding of the full campaign lifecycle: requirements, build, QA, deployment, and optimization
• Experience designing campaign solutions from scratch
• Ability to develop technical documentation and process documentation
• Deep knowledge of data usage, segmentation, and audience validation
• Strong understanding of marketing operations and customer journeys

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant platform certifications such as AJO, Adobe Campaign, or Braze
• Passion for Marketing Technology and latest AI developments
