CRM Application Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a growing development team to build effective marketing campaign launches at scale
• Serve as a bridge between technology and marketing strategies by translating business objectives into technical requirements
• Drive adoption of internal enterprise marketing tools and Adobe applications across client bases
• Oversee the streamlining of client operations through customized business rules and automations
• Implement and configure new features within Adobe environments according to specifications
• Establish rigorous testing protocols to ensure high quality and reliability of implementations
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within existing Adobe applications
• Direct the utilization of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to build data audiences and manage segments

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in application consulting, marketing technology, CRM, or marketing automation
• Demonstrable leadership experience managing technical delivery teams
• Hands-on experience with campaign execution, configuration, and marketing automation workflows
• Subject matter expertise in Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo Engage, Braze, or similar
• Advanced understanding of the full campaign lifecycle including QA, testing, and deployment
• Experience designing scalable campaign solutions from scratch
• Ability to develop and oversee UAT tests at the campaign or program level
• Strong understanding of marketing operations, customer journeys, and segmentation
• Deep knowledge of data usage for audience selection and validation

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant platform certifications such as AJO, Adobe Campaign, or Braze
• Passion for staying updated on the latest AI developments in Marketing Technology
