CRM and Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on CRM system administration, including maintaining constituent records and configuring user roles and permissions.
• Maintain data integrity by applying data entry standards, performing routine audits, and resolving discrepancies.
• Respond to internal requests for constituent lists, reports, and data extracts to support fundraising and alumni engagement.
• Create, validate, and distribute mailing and email lists for direct mail and campaign initiatives.
• Develop and maintain standard recurring reports related to demographics, giving activity, and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with Advancement Services and Communications to ensure timely delivery of data and support user adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, social sciences, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 1–3 years of professional experience working with CRM systems, data management, or reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of filters, formulas, and basic data validation techniques.
• Strong data validation and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM administration in a nonprofit, fundraising, or higher education environment.
• Foundational understanding of relational databases and data structures.
• Familiarity with basic query tools, reporting modules, or SQL.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
